Oh my... is anyone even reading my blog anymore? I don't blame you if you all deserted me, lol. Actually, I have a fairly legitimate excuse. I was away on vacation. You see, in February my best friend since grade 7 had a baby and asked me to be the child's Godmother. I decided that I would love to take my summer vacation to go and visit them on my summer vacation.

So, on June 18 I flew into Calgary (Alberta) where my Jay picked me up. She was there with her daughter (her fiancee was working and couldn't make it). We spent the night in Calgary and the next day we drove to a little town on the Alberta/BC border where she lives. I spent the next two weeks touring various hot spots in BC and Alberta, such as the Calgary Zoo, the West Edmonton Mall and other gorgeous spots in the Rocky mountains.

I do have plenty of pictures to post but since I don't own a digital camera I had to borrow my sister's while I was away and she's being a slackass about e-mailing them to me so I can share with my friends.
