Third Mixer took place in the Science building.... so instead of taking the tunnels we decide to race across the courtyard from the Arts building (where the Philosophy mixer was) to the Science building. It was pretty cold out.... Brrrrrr....
In the Science building we first go to the French and Spanish Mixer (yes I know the Science building is an odd place to have second language mixers). What a Crowd! They have two tables crammed into a very small room serving drinks, Vodka and Cranberry again for me, this time I made it a double. Here we have to say a sentence in either French or Spanish... everyone turns to me, apparently I'm the only one who has taken more than the required six credits in a second language since entering University. I say a short sentence in French which does the trick and we add another card to our hand. For an extra card we need to translate a sentence, done! And we have an extra card.
We drink quickly here because there are way to many people and linger in the hallway for a while talking to some friends we met up with.....
